Urgent Hiring MDM Architect - TriDevSofts

We are urgently looking for a highly experienced Master Data Management (MDM) Architect to lead enterprise-wide MDM strategy, governance, operating-model design, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define enterprise MDM strategy, frameworks, operating models, and implementation roadmaps
• Identify master-data domains such as Customer, Product, Vendor, and Supplier
• Lead business discovery workshops and requirement-gathering sessions
• Design data-governance processes, stewardship workflows, and data-ownership models
• Establish Match & Merge, Survivorship, Golden Record, hierarchy, and data-quality strategies
• Lead the complete MDM lifecycle—from discovery and solution design through production rollout
• Define integrations between MDM platforms and ERP, CRM, data warehouses, and cloud platforms
• Establish metadata, reference-data, and master-data lifecycle-management practices
• Mentor implementation teams and collaborate with senior business and technology stakeholders

Required Expertise:

✅ Enterprise MDM strategy, methodology, and operating models ✅ Data governance and data-stewardship frameworks ✅ Golden Record, Match & Merge, Survivorship Rules, Hierarchy Management, and Data Quality ✅ Business consulting, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation ✅ Experience with at least one MDM platform: Informatica MDM, Reltio, SAP MDG, Semarchy xDM, IBM InfoSphere MDM, or Profisee ✅ SQL, relational databases, ETL/ELT, and enterprise data integration ✅ AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud experience

Preferred:

• DAMA-DMBOK knowledge
• Exposure to Databricks, Spark, or Kafka
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Relevant MDM, data-governance, or cloud certifications

The main emphasis is on MDM as a business capability and enterprise methodology—not only tool-specific implementation. Candidates must have experience defining governance models, business processes, stewardship workflows, and end-to-end MDM implementation strategies.
