Upper Tier Missile Defense UTMD UAE Deployment Fielding and Sustainment Integrated Product Team Lead IPTL

The Upper Tier Missile Defense (UTMD) UAE Deployment Fielding and Sustainment Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) will be responsible for leading a team of technical experts in the deployment, fielding, and sustainment of missile defense systems in the UAE. The IPTL will oversee the technical and programmatic aspects of the program, ensuring that all aspects of the system are properly integrated and functioning as intended.

The IPTL will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, program management, and operations, to ensure that the program is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The IPTL will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating technical and programmatic risks, and for developing and implementing plans to address any issues that may arise during the program.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in missile defense systems, as well as experience leading technical teams and managing complex programs.

The IPTL will be based in Woburn, MA, and will be required to travel to the UAE and other locations as needed.
