Responsibilities
Translating business objectives into comprehensive telephony solution strategies for enterprise customers
Partnering with Sales Engineers, UCaaS Advisors, and specialists to align technical recommendations with customer needs
Collaborating with product, architecture, and quality teams to test and validate new telephony features before production release
Demonstrating advanced UCaaS and CCaaS solutions to technical and executive audiences
Diagnosing and troubleshooting complex telephony and network configurations during proof-of-concept phases
Influencing product roadmaps by sharing customer use cases and market insights with Product Management teams
Delivering targeted demonstrations showcasing telephony integrations, AI-powered features, and workflow automations
Creating and maintaining technical documentation to support solution delivery and sales enablement
Mentoring team members on advanced telephony concepts and best practices
What We're Looking For
Bringing 7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales or customer-facing engineering roles
Demonstrating expert-level understanding of telephony technologies, including SIP, RTP, QoS, COS, codecs, and PBX architectures
Applying strong knowledge of enterprise networking fundamentals: routing, switching, LAN/WAN, firewalls, TCP/IP (IPv4), DNS, and SBCs
Understanding UCaaS and CCaaS market landscape, including competitors like Microsoft, Cisco, RingCentral, Amazon, and 8x8
Collaborating effectively across departments—product management, QA, architecture, and customer success
