Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and accurate technical support to Unreal Engine users via various channels (forums, email, chat).
• Assist users with troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving issues related to Unreal Engine features and tools.
• Document solutions and common issues to contribute to our knowledge base and internal resources.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate complex issues and provide user feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with Unreal Engine updates, features, and best practices.
• Educate users on how to best utilize Unreal Engine for their projects.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Unreal Engine: Familiarity with its core functionalities, tools, and workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
