Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for unmanned systems initiatives, aligning with intelligence objectives and market trends.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in the design, integration, and testing of UxS platforms, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, assess risks, and deliver solutions that meet operational and regulatory standards.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and best practices across the organization.
- Represent the organization in technical briefings, workshops, and external partnerships.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in unmanned systems and systems engineering, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles as they apply to UxS platforms.
- Project management expertise, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
