Software Engineer
We're looking for a Software Engineer focused on designing and building scalable technical solutions. This mid level role requires 4+ years of relevant experience.
Install, configure, and maintain Unix/Linux servers and related applications Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions Perform system upgrades, patches, and backups Collaborate with application teams to support deployment and performance tuning Ensure security, compliance, and disaster recovery procedures are in place Automate routine tasks using scripting (Shell, Perl, Python, etc.) Maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures
3-5 years of Unix/Linux system administration experience Strong understanding of Unix/Linux operating systems and commands Experience with Shell scripting or other automation tools Knowledge of system monitoring, backup, and recovery processes Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Good communication and team collaboration skills
Experience with cloud-based Unix environments (AWS, Azure) Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef) Exposure to database or middleware administration Experience with DevOps practices
