- Provide technical support and expertise for UC network issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network integration projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Network Specialist with a focus on UC.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP).
- Experience with VoIP technologies and Cisco networking equipment.
- Ability to perform network troubleshooting and diagnostics.
- Must possess a Top Secret security clearance.
