About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and increase throughput across upstream and low‑carbon facilities.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify bottlenecks, implement corrective actions, and sustain performance gains.
- Utilize data analytics tools (SQL, Python, Power BI) to monitor key performance indicators, forecast trends, and support decision‑making.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, safety, operations) to develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with regulatory and corporate standards.
- Drive safety and environmental compliance by conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
- 5+ years of production engineering experience in the energy or chemical sector.
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) and data‑driven process optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization platforms.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
