Product Designer
Lead the design of intuitive AI‑powered collection tools, crafting user flows, wireframes, and high‑fidelity prototypes in Figma and Adobe XD. Drive research, iterate on interaction patterns, and maintain cohesive design systems to deliver seamless experiences across web and mobile.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Translate product requirements into user‑centered designs, creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to iterate on features and ensure design feasibility.
- Maintain and evolve a comprehensive design system, ensuring consistency across all product touchpoints.
- Advocate for user experience best practices and mentor junior designers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in SaaS or fintech environments.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design solutions and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with data‑driven design and A/B testing is a plus.
