UI UX Designer
Design intuitive, responsive web experiences for a fast‑moving fintech, leveraging Figma, Adobe XD and user research to create data‑driven interfaces that empower SMEs to act quickly and confidently.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business goals into engaging, user‑centric web designs that drive conversion and retention.
- Collaborate with product, engineering and data science teams to iterate on wireframes, mockups and high‑fidelity prototypes.
- Conduct user research, usability testing and heuristic evaluations to uncover pain points and validate design decisions.
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible and consistent across all devices and browsers.
- Maintain a living design system, documenting components, patterns and style guidelines.
Requirements
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in fintech or SaaS.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD, with a strong portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end design projects.
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles, accessibility standards and modern web technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale to stakeholders.
- Experience working in an agile, cross‑functional environment is a plus.
