About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design end‑to‑end user interfaces for web and mobile platforms that reflect the luxury brand identity.
- Conduct user research, create personas, and translate insights into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, development, and product teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
- Maintain and evolve a design system, establishing style guides, component libraries, and interaction patterns.
- Iterate designs based on usability testing, analytics, and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve conversion and engagement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in hospitality, travel, or luxury consumer brands.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping platforms like InVision or Axure.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design processes, from research through high‑fidelity visual design.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present concepts to cross‑functional teams.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles, accessibility standards, and basic front‑end concepts (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
