About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end design of user interfaces for defense intelligence systems, ensuring alignment with mission objectives and security requirements.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to uncover insights and validate design decisions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and high‑fidelity prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and security teams to translate requirements into scalable, responsive designs.
- Maintain design system documentation, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Advocate for accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design best practices.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or related field.
- 4‑12+ years of UI/UX design experience in complex, regulated environments.
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design solutions.
