Key Responsibilities
- Guide government clients through our Design Intelligence™ framework.
- Incorporate human-centered methods to solve complex user experience challenges.
- Plan and execute UX initiatives from discovery through interface design.
- Conduct research, prototyping, iteration, visual design, user, usability, and accessibility testing.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs are met within proposed solutions.
- Participate in all aspects of the discovery process to understand client mission, goals, stakeholders, users, their ecosystems, and current state journeys.
