About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Translate user requirements into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to refine design concepts and ensure feasibility.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics.
- Maintain a consistent visual language and design system across all products.
- Present design solutions and rationale to cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of web and mobile projects.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Solid understanding of interaction design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with user research methods and usability testing is a plus.
