LMI is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to support the delivery of next-generation software capabilities for U.S. Army modernization initiatives. This position requires an Active Secret security clearance.
Working closely with Product Owners, Software Engineers, Technical Program Managers, Scrum Masters, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Army stakeholders, you will design intuitive, mission-ready user experiences that enable Soldiers to quickly understand information, make informed decisions, and execute operations in dynamic environments.
You will be responsible for translating complex operational workflows, command and control processes, and mission requirements into modern, user-centered interfaces that perform in real-world Army environments. Drawing on commercial UX best practices and human-centered design principles, you'll help ensure cloud-native, AI-enabled software is not only powerful, but also intuitive, efficient, and trusted by operational users.
