Pragmatyc is a software delivery company partnering with clients across industries — from smart building and smart city platforms to enterprise SaaS products — to design and ship reliable, user-centric digital solutions. We work closely with cross-functional delivery teams to turn complex business requirements into intuitive, well-engineered products.
Role Summary
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can translate business and user requirements into clean, intuitive, and visually compelling digital experiences. You will work closely with delivery managers, product owners, and engineering teams across multiple concurrent client and internal projects — covering web apps, mobile apps, and enterprise dashboards — taking designs from early wireframes through to polished, developer-ready UI.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate requirements, user stories, and stakeholder input into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design responsive web and mobile interfaces that are consistent, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Build and maintain design systems / component libraries to ensure consistency across products and projects.
- Create interactive prototypes to communicate design intent and validate flows before development.
- Collaborate with delivery managers and developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented accurately.
- Conduct usability reviews and incorporate feedback from stakeholders, clients, and end users.
- Work across multiple concurrent projects, balancing client-specific branding with reusable design patterns.
- Prepare client-facing design assets and presentations that clearly communicate design rationale.
- Stay current with UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and platform-specific design guidelines (Material, iOS HIG, etc.).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process: research, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI.
- Proficiency in Figma (required); familiarity with Adobe XD or Sketch is a plus.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, design systems, and accessibility (WCAG) principles.
- Ability to create and maintain component libraries and design tokens.
- Working knowledge of user research and usability testing methods.
- Strong communication skills to present and defend design decisions to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-project delivery environment with shifting priorities.
Good to Have
- Experience designing for enterprise, B2B, or SaaS platforms.
- Basic understanding of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS) to design realistic, implementable UI.
