Seeking a UI/UX Designer to own the analyst-facing surfaces of the Orcrist Intelligence Platform. Responsibilities include translating complex data problems into clear workflows and prototyping in Figma.

Key Responsibilities
- Own UX and interaction design for analyst-facing surfaces across the Orcrist Intelligence Platform (OIP).
- Translate complex, data-heavy problem spaces into clear and intuitive workflows.
- Create and iterate on prototypes using Figma.
- Validate usability through user research and testing.
- Deliver high-fidelity designs and design specifications.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure successful implementation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in UX and UI design, with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
- Experience in translating complex requirements into user-friendly interfaces.
- Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
