Job Description

We are looking for UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of experience to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate should have experience with relying heavily on user research, information architecture,and interaction design principles.

Key Skills

• UX Strategy & Architecture (Top Priority): Conduct user research, map logical user flows, and structure complex content hierarchies so information is easy to find and digest.
• UI & Responsive Design: Build clean, pixel-perfect interfaces in Figma optimized seamlessly for Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile devices.
• Motion & Animation: Design intuitive micro-interactions and smooth UI transitions that reduce cognitive load and delight users.
• Design Systems: Maintain scalable Figma component libraries, typography hierarchies, and style guides.
• Collaboration & Graphics: Partner with developers to bring designs to life. Assist with supporting graphic design and multimedia assets as needed.
