Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Translate complex user needs and business requirements into intuitive and elegant user interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and design specifications for seamless developer handoff.
- Ensure all design decisions are data-informed and aligned with user needs and business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and visual execution.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
