Role

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with strong B2C/D2C healthcare experience to create intuitive, engaging and consumer-friendly experiences across Miror's app and digital platforms.

Mandatory Requirements

• 5–6 years of UI/UX / Product Design experience
• Mandatory: B2C or D2C product/client experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing consumer-facing mobile/web products
• Excellent experience with Figma, wireframing, prototyping and interaction design
• Experience with design systems and user research
• Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, usability and conversion
• Ability to translate complex journeys into simple experiences

Candidates with only B2B/enterprise experience will not be considered.

Good to Have

• HealthTech / FemTech / Wellness / Beauty / Fitness experience
• D2C or e-commerce experience
• Experience with consumer apps, subscriptions or marketplaces
• Understanding of behavioural design and product analytics

What You'll Do

• Design user journeys, wireframes and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Improve onboarding, engagement, conversion and retention.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Content and Marketing teams.
• Build and maintain design systems.
• Use user feedback and data to continuously improve the product.
