About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for complex defense and aerospace systems.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
- Translate user needs and technical requirements into compelling visual designs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with prototyping and user research techniques.
