# UI/UX Designer – 5+ Years Experience

## Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced *UI/UX Designer with 5+ years of professional experience* to join our product team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in user-centered design, UI design, UX research, prototyping, and design systems. The candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Teams to create intuitive, scalable, and visually appealing web and mobile experiences.

## Key Responsibilities

* Understand business requirements, user needs, and product objectives and translate them into effective UX solutions.

* Conduct user research, competitor analysis, user interviews, and usability studies when required.

* Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

* Design responsive and user-friendly interfaces for web, mobile, and SaaS applications.

* Develop and maintain reusable *design systems, UI components, and style guides*.

* Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

* Convert complex business workflows into simple and intuitive user experiences.

* Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate user journeys and product functionality.

* Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations.

* Ensure consistency in typography, spacing, colors, icons, components, and overall visual language.

* Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide design specifications/assets.

* Review implemented screens and identify UI/UX gaps against approved designs.

* Continuously evaluate existing products and recommend improvements to usability, accessibility, and user engagement.

* Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, design tools, accessibility standards, and industry best practices.

## Required Skills & Experience

* *5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.*

* Strong portfolio demonstrating *web, mobile, SaaS, dashboard, or enterprise application designs*.

* Strong knowledge of *UX principles, user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design*.

* Excellent experience with *Figma*.

* Experience creating:

* User flows

* Wireframes

* Prototypes

* High-fidelity UI designs

* Design systems

* Responsive layouts

* Strong understanding of responsive design for desktop, tablet, and mobile.

* Good understanding of usability, accessibility, and WCAG principles.

* Experience working with Agile/Scrum development teams.

* Ability to understand technical limitations and collaborate effectively with developers.

* Strong visual design skills with attention to typography, spacing, alignment, color, and consistency.
