About the role

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into engaging, accessible UI/UX solutions.
Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions.
Maintain design systems and style guides, ensuring consistency across multiple applications.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprints, stand‑ups, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement of design workflows.

Requirements

3+ years of UI/UX design experience in a fast‑paced, Agile environment.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
Strong understanding of interaction design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
Experience working on government or regulated projects is a plus.
