About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of internal applications, ensuring intuitive and efficient user experiences.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and applications.
- Conduct user research to understand user needs and inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to deliver user-centered solutions.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
