About the Role
We are looking for a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to create exceptional digital experiences for our AI-powered recruitment platform. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams to design intuitive, user-centered interfaces that solve real business problems while delivering an outstanding user experience.
This role requires a strong understanding of user experience principles, visual design, interaction design, and design systems. You'll have the opportunity to influence product strategy, conduct user research, and design features from concept to launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, modern, and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create user flows, wireframes, journey maps, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to identify user needs and improve product usability.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems, reusable UI components, and style guides.
- Design dashboards, workflows, forms, and enterprise applications with a strong focus on usability.
- Ensure consistency across products while following accessibility and responsive design best practices.
- Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure pixel-perfect execution.
- Continuously iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and product insights.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs.
- Proficiency in Figma and FigJam.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing SaaS, HRTech, CRM, or enterprise products.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Familiarity with usability testing methodologies.
