Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into user-centered designs.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and data analysis to continuously improve user experience.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
