Lead end-to-end UI/UX design, crafting intuitive interfaces and engaging experiences using Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch, while driving user research, interaction design, and prototyping to deliver high‑quality digital products.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into user‑centered design solutions across web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research, personas, journey mapping, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design consistency and feasibility.
- Maintain design system, style guides, and component libraries for scalable product development.
Requirements
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end projects.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript for design handoff.
- Excellent understanding of interaction design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present design concepts to cross‑functional teams.
- Experience with user research methods and usability testing tools.
