We are seeking an experienced UI Engineering Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in modern frontend technologies with proven leadership skills to drive engineering excellence, mentor teams, and collaborate effectively a cr o s s functions. Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of front-end engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Define and drive front-end architecture strategies for scalable, maintainable, and high-traffic applications.

Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of modern w c eb applications using React and related technologies.

Establish and enforce frontend development standards, best practices, and code quality guidelines.

Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, QA Engineers, and Backend Engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences.

Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, including automated testing, CI/CD, performance optimization, and accessibility compliance.

Participate in technical planning, architectural reviews, and technology evaluations.

Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security a cr o s s all front-end platforms.

Manage release planning, deployment processes, and production support activities.

Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical coaching, and career development initiatives.

Strong hands-on experience with:

Architecture & Design

Experience designing and implementing:

Scalable front - end platforms for high-traffic applications

Strong understanding of front-end design patterns and component-driven development.

State Management Expertise with state management solutions such as:

Redux

Zustand

Jotai

Build & Package Management

Familiarity with package management and build orchestration tools:

npm / yarn / pnpm

Vite, Webpack

Turbo ( preferred) or NX

Testing & Quality Assurance

Experience implementing comprehensive testing strategies such as:

Jest

Vitest

React Testing Library

Cypress / Playwright
