ITCON Services is seeking a UEM Mobile Support Engineer The mobility support engineer contractor will assist UEM Mobility group with various tasks which include but are not limited to:
- Provide technical support for all mobile device issues via our ticketing system, telephone, or email.
- Coordinate and assist with the installation and maintenance of mobile platforms software and mobile devices for in-house teams, remote employees, vendors, and contractors as needed.
- Assist with the development of IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Perform configuration management and develop supporting documentation.
- Communicate both orally and in writing with senior staff, information systems professionals, and the non-technical user community.

Applicant must be a citizen of the United States and clearable for Public Trust clearance with the U.S Government.
- Candidates must have 4 + years strong operation support experience with Windows Server 2019 or greater
- Experience with Windows Server Management and Vulnerability Remediation Patching
- 5 + years operations support experience with MDM design and implementation desired
- Candidate must have 4+ years operations support experience with Workspace One UEM mobile device platform
- Candidates submitted for this task should be flexible enough to work a diversified schedule at all House data center locations and participate in 24x7 on-call technical support.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engineer, design, and develop, as well as administer and support mobile based solutions and standards for a Workspace One UEM environments.
- Provide mobile applications such as Office 365 as needed.
- Perform configuration management, technical support, application support and develop supporting documentation.
- Communicate both orally and in writing with senior staff, information systems professionals, and the non-technical user community.
- Candidate must be able to work core (8:30am – 5:00pm) business hours 8 hours a day onsite in Washington DC, excluding federal holidays and when work is done for system maintenance. *Note: Candidate must be able to work from home/remote when requested.
