Seeking a Linux Kernel Test Engineer to own kernel testing strategy and infrastructure for Ubuntu. Design and maintain test plans, build automated frameworks, and ensure quality and reliability of kernel releases.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain comprehensive test plans for Ubuntu kernels, covering functional correctness, stability, performance, and security.
- Build, evolve, and manage automated test frameworks to ensure efficient and scalable kernel testing.
- Collaborate with kernel developers to identify and resolve testing gaps and improve code quality.
- Analyze test results, identify trends, and report on kernel quality metrics.
- Contribute to the continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline for kernel releases.
- Stay updated with the latest kernel technologies and testing methodologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Linux kernel testing and quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of Linux operating systems, particularly Ubuntu.
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Experience with scripting languages for automation (e.g., Python, Bash).
- Familiarity with CI/CD principles and tools.
