About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy deep learning models for image classification, segmentation, and anomaly detection on classified imagery datasets.
- Implement end‑to‑end pipelines using Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and AWS services (S3, SageMaker, Lambda) to ensure scalability and compliance with security protocols.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate mission requirements into technical specifications and performance metrics.
- Conduct rigorous model validation, bias assessment, and performance tuning to meet stringent operational standards.
- Document architecture, code, and results for internal audits and future maintenance.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on computer vision.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud‑based ML workflows.
- Strong background in statistics, applied mathematics, or related fields.
- TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a highly secure environment.
