We are seeking a Trust & Safety Operations Analyst, Ads to join our team. As a Trust & Safety Operations Analyst, Ads, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our ads platform. This includes developing and implementing processes to detect and prevent malicious activity, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement processes to detect and prevent malicious activity on our ads platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve the overall trust and safety of our ads platform.
- Work closely with our machine learning team to develop and implement machine learning models to detect and prevent malicious activity.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the field of trust and safety, and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key metrics and trends related to trust and safety.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a trust and safety or operations role, preferably in the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and experience working with machine learning models.
- Experience with AWS and cloud-based technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
