About the Role
As a Tribe Lead , you will be responsible for the strategic development of the Cloud Transformation Advisory Tribe, leadership of consulting teams, customer engagement, and business growth, with focus also on Public Services Sector and Defense customers .

Your Core Responsibilitie / What will you do
- Lead and drive the Cloud Transformation Advisory Tribe, including people leadership, capability development, and strategic growth
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key customers, including customers from the Public Services sector
- Act as a strategic advisor for cloud transformation and modernization initiatives
- Define tribe strategy, priorities, and service offerings aligned with business objectives
- Advise customers on cloud adoption strategies and transformation direction
- Shape cloud operating models and governance frameworks
- Evaluate application lifecycles, business dependencies, and transformation readiness
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and support adoption readiness across business and IT functions
- Lead complex customer engagements across cloud adoption, governance, migration, and transformation initiatives
- Support business development activities, opportunity identification, and account growth
- Develop and mentor consulting teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and delivery excellence
- Drive stakeholder alignment across customer, delivery, and leadership organizations
