Triage Intake Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Triage Intake Analyst to join our team. As a Triage Intake Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and prioritizing security vulnerabilities and incidents reported through our platform. You will work closely with our security researchers and engineers to identify and escalate critical issues, and provide timely and accurate information to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will be required to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and prioritize security vulnerabilities and incidents reported through our platform
• Work closely with security researchers and engineers to identify and escalate critical issues
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers
• Develop and maintain knowledge of security principles and practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve security incidents

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a related field, such as security, IT, or software development
• Strong understanding of security principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Experience with security tools and technologies, such as AWS and Node.js
