Software Engineer
Senior Treasury Developer building robust Treasury Workstation solutions, integrating banking systems, streamlining statement and payment flows using Python, Java, and AWS services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Treasury Workstation modules that interface with multiple banking systems.
- Implement secure RESTful APIs for real‑time bank statement ingestion and payment processing.
- Collaborate with data engineers to optimize SQL queries and data pipelines for high‑volume financial data.
- Leverage AWS services (Lambda, S3, RDS) to build scalable, fault‑tolerant components.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration to ensure code quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience in financial services.
- Strong proficiency in Python and Java, with solid object‑oriented design skills.
- Hands‑on experience with REST APIs, JSON, and secure authentication mechanisms.
- Deep understanding of Treasury operations, bank statement formats, and payment workflows.
- Experience deploying applications on AWS and working with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
