Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain electronic and integrated security systems.
• Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on security equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with security hardware and software.
• Provide on-site technical support and training to clients.
• Document all service activities and system configurations.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure successful project completion.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Field Engineer or in a similar technical role.
• Strong understanding of electronic security systems, access control, and CCTV.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing security hardware.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for on-site assignments.
