About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Product & Engineering organization in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Drive the acceleration and structuring of the product and engineering organization.
- Support the company's growth trajectory.
- Manage and mentor a tech team of approximately 35 individuals.
- Oversee the digitalization of business processes.
Requirements
- Experience as a CPTO or CTO in a transition role.
- Proven ability to accelerate product and engineering teams.
- Experience in a growing SaaS company.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with digitalization of business processes.
