- Ensure continuity of delivery and improve team maturity.
- Implement the RACI framework to clarify roles and responsibilities.
- Evolve management practices towards a facilitator role.
- Identify and develop internal talent.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Engineering Management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience with organizational transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks like RACI.
- Ability to foster collaboration between technical and product departments.
