Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain inventory of training systems and related equipment.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for training system hardware and software.
• Coordinate logistics for the deployment, maintenance, and retrieval of training systems.
• Develop and maintain accurate documentation for system configurations and support procedures.
• Liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and repair of equipment.
• Assist in the planning and execution of training system upgrades and lifecycle management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management.
• Familiarity with technical support principles and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
