Position Overview

The Training Systems Analyst supports readiness reporting, training data management, and Joint Training information systems used across the National Guard training enterprise.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field
• Minimum 5 years supporting DoD training systems
• Experience using DRRS, JTIMS, and JLLIS
• Ability to collect, analyze, and report readiness data
• Data management and reporting expertise

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Joint Training databases
• Dashboard development experience
• SharePoint administration experience
