Role type: 1099 independent contractor, part time, fixed fee per training cohort Location: Fully remote, LATAM
The Program
You'll be working on our AI-First Product Management Training and Certification program. Enterprise product organizations bring us in over 12 to 16 weeks to help their product managers become more effective by putting AI to work in the job they already do, from spotting opportunities to shaping and shipping them responsibly. Every engagement is customized to the client's industry, products, approved tools, and governance constraints, and runs as a closed cohort.
A cohort includes live practitioner-led sessions, graded hands-on assignments, pre and post competency assessments, an async learning community, and a professional certification. Cohorts range from dozens of participants to a couple hundred.
The Role
Our instructors are working product leaders and engineers who teach and build the course content. They are excellent at that and they are busy. What we need is the person who makes the whole machine run around them.
You are the operational owner of a training cohort. You build the plan, hold the schedule, chase the decks, set up the tools and access, run the room during live sessions, and keep the client informed throughout. This is a client-facing role with enterprise stakeholders, so polish and follow-through matter as much as organization. You will not create curriculum or teach, but you will be the most consistent presence in the program for both the client and the instructors.
Right now this is scoped as a fixed fee per cohort. As we bring on more clients and run multiple cohorts at once, this has a strong chance of growing into a full-time role.
Responsibilities
Program planning and tracking. Build and maintain a single source of truth for the planning and delivery of each cohort in an approved project management tool. Track every milestone, owner, and due date from kickoff through certification, and flag risks early enough that someone can act on them.
Instructor coordination and content readiness. Coordinate 6 to 10 instructors across scheduling and content preparation. Lock in who teaches what and when, then manage the deadlines for each session's materials as they are created or updated for the client. Instructors own the substance of their content. You own it being ready on time, following the required template, and moving through our accessibility and content review process on schedule.
Session delivery and live support. Join live sessions and run everything that is not the teaching: moderating and triaging Q&A, sharing links and resources in chat, launching polls, and handling technical issues so the instructor can stay focused on delivery.
