Training Lead - 1st Shift - Days Off: Wednesday & Thursday
The Training Lead will support training activities for hourly new hires, focusing on production processes, human safety, food safety, and general behaviors. This role also involves managing online refresher training, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and assisting with retraining efforts across departments.

This role follows a 1st shift schedule, working from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with designated days off on Wednesday and Thursday.
The Training Lead is responsible for supporting training activities for hourly new hires across departments, ensuring that they are adequately aware of the ops team and the overall processes, and that all new hourly hires complete their initial online training on the lms. They need to have a focused approach on training hourly production new hires and ensure that they are trained on all production processes and that they understand expectations on human safety, food safety and general behaviors. Training leads are also responsible for ensuring that online refresher training is completed as assigned for the hourly teams (associates and leads). In addition to new hires, Training leads will support CI initiatives as needed and also support any retraining efforts across departments for the hourly population. Training leads, like other roles, may also be asked to join the production floor and assist based on operational needs.
The Training Lead is responsible for working with the Training Superintendent to drive a culture of community and positivity in the training program and on the production floor while working to set up new hires for success in their new roles. The training lead will:
Training Leads are responsible for ensuring that team members across departments have the necessary support needed to complete required compliance training. They need to be the advocates for compliance training and should effectively communicate with site leaders on where they are as a site and how to ensure that 100% compliance is met.
