Constructing a compelling course that teaches critical tradecraft requires a real passion for understanding the needs of your client. We have an opportunity for a training developer who is committed to crafting effective training for a critical program.
On our team, you’ll work with SMEs and product owners to capture your client’s training needs and advise them on the right learning solution to help them accomplish their mission. Putting the learner at the center of the training experience, you’ll design training material and performance support tools. You’ll build training material with curriculum developers and SMEs.
You’ll use your te chn ical skills, creativity, and experience to produce new ideas to develop an e nga ging, interactive learning experience on screen or in a classroom. You’ll recommend cutting-edge multimedia te chn ologies and strategies, including blended learning to build a successful learning environment. You know communication is key, so you’ll meet with SMEs throughout the process to discuss learning material and incorporate feedback. To ensure your solution is hitting the mark, you’ll collect and analyze results using evaluation methodologies such as the Kirkpatrick Model, then fine tune your training for maximum impact. This is a chance to use your deep understanding of training methodologies to build a creative learning experience that will e nga ge students.

You Have:
5+ years of experience with adult learning theory and instructional te chn ologies
3+ years of experience with the DoD or IC
Experience authoring instructional materials, learning objectives, and knowledge and performance tests
Experience with technical training development, including training for technical systems
Experience integrating training into Learning or Knowledge Management Systems
Experience facilitating or instructing material
Experience with competency frameworks
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with Human-Centered Design
Experience with eLearning te chn ologies
Experience c ond ucting computer-based training, including building curriculum and reference materials
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Learning or Instructional Design
Human-Centered Design Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
