Training and Platform Specialist - Restore Hope, Inc.

Position Summary:

The Training and Platform Specialist is responsible for creating, maintaining, and delivering training content that supports both the HopeHub platform and the Restore Hope Case Management Model. Because HopeHub is built to reflect Restore Hope's operational methodology, this role requires someone who can teach both the technical and the contextual — not just how to navigate the system, but why each step matters within the broader framework of participant case management.

This position develops video-based training modules, written user guides, and scenario-based learning content that serve a network of providers across multiple regions. The Training and Platform Specialist will manage the full training content lifecycle, from documentation and scripting through production and publication in the HopeHub Learning Management System (LMS), while also supporting platform usability through mockups and design recommendations and communicating training updates to HopeHub providers and the public.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, human services, communications, education, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered, particularly experience in technical training or human services operations.
• 2–4 years of experience in instructional design, technical training, or a related role — ideally within a nonprofit, social services, or software environment.
• Demonstrated experience creating training content using AI-powered video generation tools, screen capture tools, or rapid-authoring platforms (e.g., Synthesia, Articulate, Camtasia, or similar). Experience with avatar-based video production is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with case management principles, social services workflows, or justice-involved populations is highly preferred.
• Experience working within or developing content for a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Experience with email marketing or communication platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) is a plus.
• Basic mockup or wireframing skills (e.g., Canva, Figma, or similar) to support usability recommendations.
