Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing clients on our software platform.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to clients post-implementation.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to gather feedback and improve training materials.
- Manage project timelines and resources effectively to meet client expectations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in software training, implementation, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and implementation methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
