We are seeking a Training & Development Specialist II to join our team in Bangalore, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. This role will involve working closely with subject matter experts to develop training content, evaluating training effectiveness, and identifying areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop training programs to meet business needs and objectives.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Education, Training and Development, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
- Experience with learning management systems and training evaluation metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
