About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage and manage a pipeline of tech and AI talent across the UK and US.
- Utilise ATS and CRM systems to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to develop client proposals and negotiate offers.
- Leverage data analytics to optimise sourcing strategies and improve placement success rates.
- Participate in training sessions to build expertise in AI, machine learning and emerging tech trends.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for technology.
- Basic understanding of AI, machine learning or data analytics concepts.
- Experience or familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms and sales‑cycle processes.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑driven and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
