About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of servers, storage, and networking equipment in a data center environment.
- Support the implementation and management of collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Participate in security monitoring, vulnerability assessments, and incident response activities.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps in a knowledge base.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize performance and reliability of IT services.
Requirements
- Strong interest in IT infrastructure, security, and collaboration technologies.
- Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Good communication skills in German and English.
