Job Summary
We are looking for a Data Analyst Intern who is passionate about data, business analytics, and mobile app performance. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who want hands-on experience working with real-world datasets, dashboards, SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze user behavior, engagement, retention, and conversion metrics.
- Build dashboards and reports using Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio .
- Write SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze data.
- Monitor key app performance metrics such as DAU, MAU, Retention, Churn, Conversion Rate, ARPU, and Revenue .
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities through data analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy by cleaning and validating datasets.
- Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field .
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Charts, Advanced Formulas).
- Basic knowledge of SQL .
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio .
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Good communication and presentation abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and work with large datasets.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) .
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, or mobile app analytics .
- Experience with data visualization and reporting projects.
- Understanding of business metrics and KPI tracking.
