Key Responsibilities
- Assist in advising clients on banking, finance, and fintech transactions.
- Conduct legal research on capital markets regulations and financial instruments.
- Draft and review legal documents, agreements, and opinions.
- Support senior lawyers in due diligence processes and regulatory filings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex legal matters.
Requirements
- Completed law degree (Master's or equivalent).
- Strong interest in banking, finance, fintech, and capital markets law.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
